Emotions in USA The Only Slavery

. . . The only "Slavery Era" coming back in America is the one Satan has brought upon you: Slave to one's emotions. Almighty GOD says to tell us, 'The terminology of two words, Systemic Racism, was dropped into the American consciousness by the Devil.

God did not make separate churches. The church is one and has one foundation: CHRIST JESUS. Any and all othee designations should only mean different styles of worship. There is no white Church or black church in God's Body of Believers. There is one Church on the earth, one bride of Christ. One Lord to serve. One God. Christ is coming back to get ONE CHURCH.

To What you have named "Black" Church. The only "Slavery Era" coming back in America is the one Satan has brought upon you: Emotional Servitude. Being a Slave to one's emotions. Satan desires to return you as slaves to his Kingdom of Darkness, through serving your own emotions first above all.

Satan desired to misalign the Black church against God's End Time agenda and destroy the power of the Negro spiritual strength. Satan desired to snatch the full impact of the American "Black" Church's role in the end time revival. The Devil used fear plus idolatry to reposition you outside of your spiritual place. Satan magnified subtle seeds of doubt he had meticulously planted within the Body to derail the position of the church in America.

From the Western world, the United States will lead the End Time Revival. From the African Continent, the nation of Nigeria will lead the End Time Revival. The tiny nation of Liberia will be a haven for many of God's people seeking refuge from persecutions during the End Time Revival. Hallelujah!

The 'obsession with Racism' is a direct assault on the entire Body of Christ [the Church]. Satan's purpose it to bring about and maintain an impenetrable divide in the Body of Christ for the sole purpose of dismantling and diminishing the spiritual force of this nation that will be leading the End revival. Satan has declared war on the American Body of Believers, in which the spiritual force of the 'Black' church is integral. God's Body [the Church]  have diverse gifts. Satan cannot allow a unified 'Church in arms' in America to exist.

The Devil fears it would a monumental destruction of his age-old assault on the Church [Body of believers in Christ]. Knowing the Church will crush him, the cunningly smart Satan launched an offensive as defense, by releasing a mere terminology into the American population and charmed the 'Black Church' in America. It worked; it is working like the charm that the Devil himself is.

Multiculturalism is not about global unity. It has a devious purpose for Satan's advantage. Almighty ELOHIM came down and separated the multitude of peoples speaking one language and building the Tower of Babel. The Book of Revelation tells of '...A great multitude of people from every nation, every tribe, every people... Standing together in front of the Throne.'

Until all human kind is standing before the Throne we remain nations, peoples, tribes. Not multicultural entities with one seamless order. The Devil is a liar. Satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy. Christ brings life and life in abundance. Hallelujah.

Black America, Almighty God says to tell you. The slavery era in America was dismantled by Himself, the Judge of all the Earth, and it is never coming back." God says he did not create a black America and a white America. He created a state of united Americans forming the United States of America.

Nobody is trying to return Black people to slaves in America. The Courts of Heaven judged against slavery in America. The new slavery is self imposed by one's willing alignment with Satan.

The Lord says, The only slavery coming upon you is where Satan has successfully ensnared you: Being willfully a slave to one's own emotions. Emotional Servitude. God says you replaced total surrender with conditional surrender. You loved him with one eye open and one eye closed. There is split allegiance. You trust him but you trust your wounds more. You have forgotten what it means to sing 'Negro Spirituals' and you woke up and almost have left him.  Satan saw the opening and he stuffed himself full in there.

What did you mean when you sang Free at Last? Did you not sing "free at last, free at last?" Did you not 'Thank God Almighty' that you were free at last?

What kind of GOD would free his people and lead them to a worse state than before?

Is it not the oneself who leaves the space empty for the strongman's return? Did not the strongman find the space empty, swept, and in order when he returned? Did not the strongman turn back to bring seven more worse than  himself and reenter the empty space?

You bring an accusation against me. You bring an accusation against me?"

Distinguished conveners at the Liberia Diaspora Annual Conference
Deliberating September 26-28, 2025, in the United States of America.

I bring warm greetings from DO IT FOR CHRIST Ministries and in my own name. 

I am unable to be amongst you today in person, but I desire to contribute in some way to the discourse affecting our beloved and cherished homeland. Kindly hear me out.

BUYOUT AND SEVERANCE Package Availability? ~ HortenseInspiration 

. . . To counter the problem of maintaining skill and competence, we must first address the elephant in that room. Namely, how to absorb the existing workforce that is misplaced and return more professionals and technocrats into the various sectors.  

Possible SOLUTION.  One way would be to offer incentives to existing workers who lack the necessary skill and expertise for the position they currently occupy. In order to staff these agencies and sectors with the requisite skill and expertise necessary to properly function in such areas. 

Notably. Without specialized training one cannot perform duties requiring specialty. A qualified mechanic cannot perform duties of an electrical engineer simply by will of wanting the job. A dedicated janitor is not the right fit for an eye surgeon position. A successful petty trader cannot replace a budget analyst. Liberia must utilize its massive skilled manpower. Technocrats and professionals are readily available. It is suicidal nationally to have them languishing at the hand of sentimentality and camaraderie designated placements and appointments. 

Developed talent is what fuels developed nations. Simply imposing a staggering fee for foreign labor is counterproductive, if a nation cannot utilize its own competent workforce. Furthermore, it places a huge drain on already limited national resources. Businesses will get their profits one way or another. 

My SUGGESTION. There be set up a FUND to be utilized strictly for offering buyouts and severance packages. This will ensure workers are compensated fairly and justly for the services they have rendered their country to date. The condition would be that workers utilize those monies to start a new business, engage in productive enterprise for themselves, giving them a hand up in income generating potential. 

Enforcement means that such a person cannot be re-employed in the sector after having accepted the severance or buyout. This is not a recycling match. 

Prior to the disbursements of said FUND throughout the workforce, logistics would include conducting a thorough sweep and competency evaluation for civil servant positions. Present training and career advancement opportunities as a condition for retention. It would be otherwise inhumane to dismiss their services if they would excel, given were there opportunities for advancing their skills in their current role. Of course, finishing with proven competency and skill acquisition, like being able to pass an examination/test. Simply, they must master the job for which they're staying on to perform. In simple English, you got to go to school and train before you do career professional office job. 

It is grossly unproductive to keep people employed in professions where they clearly lack requisite knowledge, skill and expertise, yet refuse skill enhancement. 

Ignoring the problem of skill and competence in the Liberian workforce is a recipe for mediocre outcomes in every sector of employment. The workforce must match for continuity of infrastructural development. This is vital to national sustainability at every level. 

MAYBE the Diaspora could establish such a funding source. Maybe, the Government of Liberia could reallocate some of the often mentioned "wasteful" spending to establish such a funding source. While the maybe(s) are many, there is certainly a way to accomplish this idea or a better one. 

Notably. The USA Liberian Diaspora often send annual remittances equal to the national budget of the land. By and large, have we seen the collective added value, nationally, of Diaspora remittances? I am not sure we have. Liberians, we must, must, think far outside the proverbial box. Our country is bleeding unnecessarily even while we walk around with countless first-aid remedies.

The longer we let the sectors go unmanned by the level of professionalism required for running a smooth machine, the longer development in every sector crawls. It crawls on to a halt. Utilize our exhaustive manpower at home and abroad. 

Liberia has unmatched human capital. There are qualified and competent Liberian technocrats in every discipline. It is detrimental to the country that technocrats are wasting away because the positions they have been trained and prepared extensively for, through education, discipline and rigorous training, oft at Government expense, are already occupied with incomparable talent.

Let us as a Nation absorb this large pool of misplaced Liberians in the workforce by helping them succeed elsewhere other than in technical and professional areas. The FUND offering severance and buyout packages would help get them there.

Lastly, officials and higher ups must refrain from dictating "who gets what" jobs, throughout the sectors. 

The nation must handle this crisis in a humane and dignified a manner as possible. However, this crisis has to be addressed. Promptly. For posterity sake. I pray we find the right solutions to solve the right problems. We can do this and do this well.

Blessed are They that Mourn

 IT WAS Six Months ago, Saturday, December 7, 2024, when my world was shaken to its core. My heart was ripped apart. My strength was put to a test. My baby sister, Hilarietta "Darbo" Grimes Davis, was suddenly dead. Torn and tattered, my faith yet found rest in the Faith which I proclaim: CHRIST JESUS.

Today is Saturday, June 7, 2025. Exactly six (6) months to the day since Darbo died. I have cried unstoppable. I have mourned, but with hope. There have been many days where I completely shut down too drained to function properly. Some days the only prayer I could muster is "Lord have mercy, Jesus please help me." 

The pain and grief and anguish felt like a weight of lead set atop my head. Yes, indeed, I am a woman of tremendous strength and courage. Yes, I know God. I am not easily disconfigured. I have been known to rise from the ashes of deep brokenness. I have walked away from significant losses, material and financial. I have stridden through betrayal and gross humiliation. Life has left me dumbfounded numerous times. I have strong-willed prayed my body from debilitating illness back to good health, albeit residual blemishes. I have a steel resolve to face life upheavals and put it back firmly in place. My walk with God is robust. I live by sheer grace of God with a faith that is marching straight into eternity, unshakable and immovable. I know GOD Almighty and I believe in Christ Jesus and the Heavenly Father's will. My being is shaped, moved, taught, and conditioned by the Holy Spirit. I make my boast in Jesus The Christ. Hallelujah! I say Amen. 

BUT . . . Oh! BUT . . .

Nothing, absolutely nothing prepared me for this. Darbo's shocking, sudden, unnecessary, unexpected, untimely death. Not to mention, the manner in which it occurred. Total wickedness and unnecessary evil. 

You see. My baby sister, Hilarietta "Darbo" was to me a biological child. So, minus the umbilical, which is my mother's boast, I felt it deeply. I still feel every inch of it. Absolutely, nothing prepared me for the death of Hilarietta Wilhemina DarboMaway "Darbo" Grimes Davis. Some things God doesn't show you beforehand and the LORD alone knows best. 

Nothing prepared me. But EVERYTHING I know of Christ Jesus and the Almighty Heavenly Father God have prepared me to continue. My faith long found a resting place in HIM and, thus, I am equipped to live and let go, in time, and allow God. God's mercies and boundless love will always help my siblings, my mother, Darbo's seed, and our entire family to continue on. 

My Heavenly Father through my blessed Redeemer will heal, balm, restore, satisfy, and deliver me. I am a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Today. Tomorrow. Yesterday. Forever. Until my time folds. Unapologetically sold out to Christ is my story.

Darbo my dearest. Today is six months since you entered the portals outside human existence. You are with Jesus in the presence where God dwells. The realm of Eternity! Hallelujah! The people who murdered you know they are known. I choose to leave all of that for God to handle; His time, His way. Enjoy everlasting life! I know it is blissful up there.

 My darling Woodie! Sister Diya is officially taking off the "blackness of grief" hugging her heart. God's pure white light of solace and peace replaces my period of deep mourning. You know my life is DO IT FOR CHRIST and as such I must go forth doing just that. Ministry for Christ sake.

I love you so much! We miss you. You know how much we all adored you. Serenade, dear baby sister. Serenade up there. With JESUS.
