Wake Up, Everybody

In a world full of confusion, and more confusing confusion, how do you unconfuse your own confusion even when your confusion is confused! (I know I'm making up words here, stay with me.)

I’d say, you simply look to the Lord for wisdom. You get to know The Word. You study the Bible. You pray like your life depends on it. Which it does by the way… Your life depends on the prayer you say and the godly path you take with God Almighty. In the Name of Jesus. It’s called Salvation.

Jehovah God is the author of clarity. When you align with the Holy Spirit impartation in you, by and through your commitment, and surrender to Jesus Christ. You become a lone voice of sanity in your lone world. In these times of “everyone know it all…experts who have expertise in everything at the same time…every ungodly one another telling each other what to do and how to think”. Puppets of our own makings. It is a sad reality show on the earth today. You  do not have to participate just because. Hold your ground. Take a stance. For your own sake. As is often said in the African home movies, “shine your eyes well well.”

My friend, all things signal End Time. Indeed, no one knows the day or the hour. No one known when Almighty God will end this madness we call living in earth. Not a single soul in heaven or on earth knows when Jehovah the Creator of All will end life as has been known in ages past and of present. But God has spoken. Scripture is concise and precise. The Word of Jehovah could not be any clearer. “When the Son of Man returns, it will be like it was in Noah’s day.”

My friend, you are responsible for the environment you find yourself in. My friend, it is up to you to take responsibility. Recreate a new atmosphere and change your environment here now and then in eternity.

“Then God said, ‘Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, ‘Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground.” (Genesis 1:26-28 NIV)

“In the beginning was the Word, and the word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.” (John 1:1-5 NIV)

“The Lord saw how great man’s wickedness on the earth had become and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time. The Lord was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain. So the Lord said, ‘I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the earth—men and animals, creatures that move along the ground, and birds of the air—for I am grieved that I have made them.’ But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord.” (Genesis 6:5-8 NIV)

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, ‘Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. God called the light ‘day,’ and the darkness he called ‘night.’ And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.” (Genesis 1:1-5 NIV)

“As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it shall be at the coming of the Son of Man.” (Matthew 24:37-39 NIV).

“Now the earth was corrupt in God’s sight and was full of violence. God saw how corrupt the earth had become, for all the people on earth had corrupted their ways. So God said to Noah, I am going to put an end to all people, for the earth is filled with violence because of them. I am surely going to destroy both them and the earth.” (Genesis 6:11-13 NIV)

“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17 KJV).

The Word of God is a guide. Employ the teachings of Scripture as a guard. At the end of the day, my friend, you are responsible for the environment and atmosphere you find yourself in. Happy Friday!
