Lose Revolution

As long as the term "Revolution" continues to be loosely flaunted the people will continue to be largely disappointed by the revolutionaries. There has never been a reason for a revolution in Liberia since it's founding. Even today, as the country has plummeted to its lowest level, a revolution is unnecessary. A political party that came into being for the sole purpose of liberating its people has ended up enslaving the people.

The people must know this: Until you wake up from the deep sleep you've been in, dreaming, for the last 40 years, you will continue to suffer untold hardships and misery. You will continue to go to bed hungry. People. Wake up from the deep sleep you have been in since 1980. This is 2019. Nineteen years since the new Millennium and you are still wrapping your feces in plastic bag and throwing it into the yard next door. Because the revolutionaries promised to build you outside toilets. Civilization itself has taken leaps- transformation beyond our wildest imagination. But you, the Liberian masses, are still dreaming. Wait. Keep waiting.*

The people who promised you "the world" are themselves living large in the world. Money is no problem for them. They are wealthy, thanks to you. They are enjoying daily the finer things of life. You are stuck living and breathing garbage and filth. Your children are growing up with stinky pools of dirty water and thrash as their playmates. Your heroes' children have swimming pools and flower gardens in their backyards. Your heroes' other children live in the "White" people country. Your own nar children will be houseboy and housegirl for them whenever they come to Liberia for vacation.You wanted revolution! You got it now!!! *

While you are yelling outdated slogans all over the place your giants are growing taller and fairer and shiny. Meanwhile, your faith in them increases. The richer they get, the poorer you become. Worse of all, you are still in your deep sleep and dreaming of more of your own giants to wave a magic revolutionary wand. Keep the faith, my people. Your giants are keeping their faith; they are faithful to their own deep pockets. 

Time to ask Almighty God to open your eyes, Liberian people. Seek Jesus Christ to fix your hearts and stretch your mind. Give up animistic beliefs and practices. Give up the heathen mentality. God can help your. Ask God to show you what is good for you. Trust God alone.
